Who can request an independent inspection?
We work with homeowners, property owners, installers, specialist contractors, housebuilders and construction professionals. An independent opinion is based on the available evidence and a conflict-of-interest check, not on which party commissions the work.
Routine technical inspections are not structural surveys, fire-safety certification or automatically court-compliant expert witness reports. Matters outside our trade specialism are referred to the appropriate disciplines.
