Online surveys. Site inspections. Full technical reports.

Nationwide specialist plastering, dry lining, rendering and EWI inspections and technical advice. Choose a remote review, arrange a site visit or commission a full evidence-led report.

Online Surveys & Remote Technical Reviews

Discuss visible defects by video call and review photographs, drawings or technical records supplied after an initial enquiry.

Ideal for: An early specialist opinion, a focused document review or deciding whether a site inspection is necessary.

What you receive: A remote consultation or agreed written observations. A full inspection report is a separate scoped service.

Across the United Kingdom

Nationwide UK inspections and online surveys

UK-wide on-site inspections by arrangement, alongside online video consultations, photograph and document reviews.

Site availability, travel and accommodation (where needed), inspection scope and reporting fees are confirmed in writing before appointment.

Video and photographic reviews examine the material supplied and cannot confirm concealed construction, conditions outside the camera view or defects requiring direct measurement. A physical inspection may be recommended before a definitive opinion can be offered.

How an instruction works

  1. Explain the location, work involved and questions you need answered.
  2. We check independence, competence, whether a remote or site visit is appropriate and what evidence is available.
  3. We confirm the scope, fee, travel arrangements where applicable and whether a full written report is required.
  4. We provide the agreed consultation, inspection or evidence-led report, with limits and next steps explained.

An ordinary technical inspection is not structural certification, a full building survey, expert-witness accreditation or a guarantee of a particular dispute outcome.

Indicative fees

Proportionate to your project.

Pricing depends on project complexity, scope, location and reporting requirements. These are starting prices, not fixed quotations. Online reviews, site visits and full reports are separately scoped: a short consultation or inspection does not automatically include a full technical report.

Nationwide site visits may involve additional travel and accommodation charges, agreed in advance. Full technical reports are quoted according to inspection depth, documents, photographs and the reporting work required.

A written proposal confirms the fee and deliverables before work begins. VAT treatment will be confirmed once the business’s VAT status is configured; no assumption about VAT inclusion or exemption is made here.
